- Design and Plan out Laoban Soundsystem 2.0 - the specs, plan, etc.
- Announce and E-mail for sponsorship options with various groups
- Manufacture Laoban Soundsystem 2.0
- Buy http://laoban-soundsystem.com
- Organize 2010 events
- identify 3 events, brand names (Yang Tao + Spencer + Jon)
- Laoban Soundsystem Get It Louder (extracted from Sharism Plan)
- design website (in-parallel) : design + implementation (Barry)
- pull together budgets + sponsorship (Jon)
- Need 12K RMB more to order amps and electronics for the soundsystem
- apply new laoban symbol to all laoban pictures, and redo strategy on laoban
- do tshirt design including one with event logo , work with cihinese contacts to get this printed.
- do mailing list for laoban and send out email
- create laoban plans and specs for release
- organize events (Yang Tao + Spencer)
- execute events (ALL)
- follow-up on each event (YangTao + Jon)
- identify 3 events, brand names (Yang Tao + Spencer + Jon)
