Six women, chosen for this video taping event, will have five minutes to perform their race while independent video producers with crew will record this and the rest of the evening. You’re invited to join, watch, and vote on the performances as they are simultaneously projected live in the Zappa Room at 111 Minna, SF. The rest of the night will continue on with DJ sets by Raf Canedo and Eric Zhu. Plus, the whole night will be telecast on AccessSF public TV in San Francisco in November with the winning performance and video announced soon after!
The production of the Show Some Color #2 videos is to take place at 111 Minna Gallery in downtown San Francisco from 5PM until 9 PM on October 30, 2007. During the event, all women and independent video producers will be recorded and recording, respectively. Also, there will be an official recording setup on the main stage in the gallery manned by the Fabricatorz production crew to produce five minutes segments with each women participant.
Meanwhile groups of videobloggers and audience will team up with individual women performer to create five minutes interview videos in the gallery space. These two groups of video recordings will happen simultaneously.
